Admission Criteria

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Intermediate (+2) from any recognized Board/Council with minimum 45% marks.
  • Anyone whose minimum age is 18 on 1st of July of admission year.

ADMISSION CRITEIA

  • 60% weightage given to written test
  • 30% weightage given to interview
  • 10% weightage given to qualification of Matric and Intermediate

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • The new forms are available every year in March.
  • Forms could be bought for Rs. 500/- from the College,
  • Hazaribag Diocesan Education office, Catholic Ashram, Hazaribag
  • Catholic Church Mahuadanr, Dt. Latehar, Jharkhand
  • Vivek Sadan Shahpur, Daltonganj, Jharkhand

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • The course duration is of two years, beginning from July and ending in May.
  • It is a co-ed Institute.
  • Married women are not admitted but men are. Marriage is not allowed during the course period.
  • Hostel facilities are available for both men and women separately. All are to be in hostel compulsorily.
  • 90% attendance in the class is necessary. Major holidays are Summer, Puja, Christmas and Easter.
  • The Welfare Department gives stipends for ST, SC and OBC students.
  • Hostel routine is to be followed by all. “Simple living and high thinking” is practised here. Personal modern gadgets are not permitted for the trainees.
  • The use of any form of drug is punishable with expulsion.

CERTIFICATES TO BE SUBMITTED

Original certificates to be submitted to the college at Admission.

  • Matric and Inter mark sheets and Provisional certificates.
  • Matric or College leaving certificates.
  • Matric and Inter admit cards.
  • Inter registration slip.
  • School and college character certificates.
  • Caste, Income, Domicile certificates.
  • Physical fitness certificate.
  • Teaching experience, N.C.C.(A,B,C), Games and Sports(State or National level) [optional].
