Vision and Mission of PTEC

The vision and mission of the institution is clearly stated in its motto of the logo - “Para HitayaNarahanaari” – men and women for others. Institution envisages preparing teachers endowed with religious qualities, intellectual ability, sound moral character and down to earth cultural and traditional values.

Institute aims at educating Christian and of other religions’ men and women of Jharkhand with best of educational skills. The college provides an inclusive environment that supports all-round growth and development in intellectual, moral, cultural and religious values of every trainee during the period of two-years training.

To achieve these goals, besides the academic activities, the college conducts various seminars, workshops, and lectures in topics such as; personality growth and value clarification, health and hygiene, drawing and paintings, sports and games, speeches and elocutions, poetry and dramatics, etc.
